Free Evaluation License

Pervasync grants to you an Evaluation License to use the Pervasync Software to develop application programs and to deploy application programs developed using the Pervasync Software for trial use and evaluation purposes only. All rights to the Evaluation License will terminate after a trial period of 60 days.

Free Academic License

You are eligible for Academic Licenses if you are an accredited educational institution or a current member of the faculty, student body or staff of such an institution ("Educational User"). Educational Users are licensed to use the Pervasync Software to develop application programs and to deploy application programs developed using the Pervasync Software solely for academic purposes and such purposes must be directly related to (a) teaching in, or completing the requirements of, a degree-granting program(s) or (b) non-commercial research by students and faculty members of an accredited educational institution ("Educational Purposes"). Write to sales@pervasync.com to obtain Academic Licenses free of charges.

Commercial License

This software is Copyright by Pervasync. All rights reserved. Payment of a License Fee to Pervasync is required if the software is used for Commercial Purposes for longer than 60 days. Contact sales@pervasync.com for pricing, invoicing and licensing information.

Maintenance Support Contract

The three numbers in the version are for major, minor and patch respectively. If you stay current on your annual support contract, both minor and major revisions of the software would be available free of additional charges. Without a support contract, you are entitled to free upgrades to patch revisions only. You will also receive technical support but customers with maintenance support contract are treated with higher priority. Contact sales@pervasync.com for annual support fee.
